Fans can meet UVA basketball teams after blue-white scrimmages

For the first time since 2019, UVA fans will have the opportunity to meet Virginia basketball teams after the Blue-White Scrimmages this Saturday at John Paul Jones Arena.

Players from both the UVA men’s and women’s basketball teams will be available in the JPJ lobby after the conclusion of scrimmages and fans can meet the student-athletes and get autographs.

The women’s basketball team will hold their scrimmage against their male practice players beginning at 1:30 p.m. and the men’s basketball team will have their intra-squad scrimmage beginning at approximately 2:15 p.m. The Meet the Teams Day event will begin 15 minutes after the end of the men’s scrum.

Doors to the John Paul Jones Arena will open at 12:30 p.m. and admission and parking for the Blue-White Scrimmage is free.
