The Virginia men’s basketball program on Tuesday announced the signing of four highly sought-after players to its 2022 recruiting class.

The class consists of talented wingers Leon Bond III, Ryan Dunn and Isaac McKneely and forward Isaac Traudt, who have all signed their national letters of intent and will join Virginia’s program next season.

The Cavaliers recruiting class is ranked 10th best in the country and third best in the CCA by 247Sports.

“We are delighted to add four quality student-athletes to our basketball program,” Virginia coach Tony Bennett said in a statement announcing the signings. “All four of these young men are talented basketball players and individuals of high character. They come from exceptional families and will appreciate a degree from the University of Virginia.”

All four players are ranked among the nation’s top 100 rookies and each is ranked as a four-star rookie by 247Sports.

Bond III, a 6-5, 195-pound forward, averaged 11.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.2 blocked shots during his junior season and helped Wauwatosa East High School win the Championship of State of Wisconsin Division 1 and finish with a 23-3 record. He is ranked No. 59 in the country by 247Sports.

Dunn, a 6-7, 190-pound goalie, has a sniping ability. He shot 44% at 3 points in each of the past two seasons for Long Island Lutheran High School. Dunn, who will be spending his final season in high school at Perkiomen School, is ranked 95th prospect in the country by 247Sports.
